The Opportunity

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand how our marketing performs and where we can do better. From analysing customer behaviour to uncovering new opportunities for growth, your insights will shape smarter decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Tech, helping us make the most of our data as we continue our journey towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join us on a salary starting at least £36,000 per annum. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from wherever you’re most effective, while staying connected with a collaborative and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity to build and deepen your expertise in marketing analytics, working with a range of tools and data sources. From improving channel effectiveness to automating reporting and delivering actionable insights, you’ll see the real impact of your work while developing valuable skills that will support your career growth.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and communicating insights clearly. You’re curious, detail-oriented, and confident working with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful actions. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a professional analytics role
  • Experience supporting marketing teams or analysing marketing performance data
  • Experience using Google Analytics to understand user behaviour and marketing performance
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and present clear insights
  • Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience building reports or dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau
  • Clear communication skills, explaining complex data to non-technical audiences

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance using data insights
  • Analysing channel effectiveness and conversion performance to guide strategy
  • Delivering ad hoc analysis across campaigns and initiatives
  • Automating and maintaining reporting to support day-to-day marketing decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
