About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Boston, Lincolnshire. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and related technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from various business systems such as ERP, CRM, and other core platforms to gather relevant information for analysis.
- Clean, transform, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of different teams across the organization.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources efficiently.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements through comprehensive data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate these into practical, scalable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing reports, dashboards, and data models to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Assist in developing data strategies and recommend best practices for data management and analysis.
