You’ll Make An Impact By
- Turning raw data into meaningful insight that informs decision making, improves performance, and supports regulatory and operational needs.
- Sourcing, preparing, and analysing data from multiple systems to create reliable, well governed datasets that teams can trust.
- Designing and maintaining scorecards, dashboards, and self serve datasets that enable timely and effective decisions.
- Communicating insight through clear, actionable storytelling tailored to different audiences across the business.
- Automating recurring analysis and report refresh cycles to improve efficiency and embed insight into everyday processes.

Your Skills And Experience
- Excellent capability in SQL including highly detailed queries, performance optimisation, and structured data analysis.
- Experience with data modelling, ETL or ELT processes, and building reusable, well documented datasets.
- Assurance applying analytical techniques to frame problems, test hypotheses, and quantify impact and uncertainty.
- Ability to create intuitive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Able to automate and productionise repeatable analytics, apply CI/CD practices to analytics assets, and optimise queries, models, and dashboards to improve performance and manage cost.
- A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver insight that drives outcomes.
