We're looking for a talented Data Analyst to become the trusted data partner to our Leeds media planning teams, transforming complex campaign data into insights that drive smarter decisions and better client outcomes.
As the analytical lead in Leeds, you'll be the go-to expert for local stakeholders while working hand-in-hand with our London-based team of Data Scientists and Senior Data Analysts. It's a unique opportunity to combine the visibility and influence of a business-facing role with the support, collaboration, and growth opportunities of a high-performing analytics team.
You'll dive into data across digital and offline channels, uncovering trends, measuring campaign effectiveness, and delivering insights that shape strategy. Whether you're applying statistical techniques, enhancing reporting, or solving complex business challenges, you'll play a key role in helping clients and teams get more from their data.

You’ll Play A Key Role In:
- Support the successful onboarding of new clients by validating data, systems and campaign configurations prior to campaign launch.
- Ensure client data is accurate, complete and fit for analysis, while supporting Junior Data Analysts in identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Produce clear, accurate and actionable insight reports that enable planning teams and clients to make informed decisions.
- Apply statistical and econometric techniques to evaluate advertising effectiveness, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support ad hoc analytical projects, taking ownership of data preparation, analysis and presentation of results.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions that are accurate, insightful and repeatable, identifying opportunities to automate where appropriate.
- Identify and implement improvements to data quality, reporting processes and team efficiency through automation and process optimisation.
- Support the development of Junior Data Analysts by sharing knowledge, assisting with training and helping to identify development opportunities.
- Challenge assumptions, ask commercially focused questions and proactively identify opportunities that deliver greater value for our clients.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science or another quantitative discipline.
- Experience applying statistical or econometric techniques to analyse marketing or business performance data.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to query, manipulate and validate large datasets.
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses. (desirable)
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience analysing complex datasets to solve business problems ideally within the media or marketing industry.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and recommending improvements.
- Collaborative, supportive, and keen to share knowledge.
