About the Role

We are seeking to recruit an additional Data Analyst to support our systems and improvement work in Plymouth City Council’s Adults, Health and Communities Directorate. Reporting to the Assurance and Service Improvement Manager, you will support the effective collection, recording, management, and use of data.

Responsibilities

  • Working with highly complex and wide-ranging data, you will develop and embed effective data management systems.
  • Supporting others to be able to interpret and use the data effectively to support their work in providing the best possible services for Adult Social Care.
  • Contributing to the Directorate’s digitalisation plan and Power BI reporting.
  • Maintaining and developing the department's use of data to support informing future commissioning intentions and ensuring compliance with the CQC Assurance framework for Local Authority Assessments.

Work Environment

  • This is an office-based role, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be office-based for 3 days per week at Crownhill Court, Plymouth.
  • We are a flexible employer and provide a variety of working arrangements tailored to the needs of each role.
