Data Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days in office)
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in turning complex datasets into meaningful insights. You'll work across a range of high-profile communications and brand measurement projects, helping stakeholders understand performance, audience engagement, and brand impact through data.
The Company
This specialist analytics consultancy supports clients with data-driven decision making across communications, marketing, and brand performance. They bring together data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. With a collaborative team environment and a strong focus on technical development, they are looking to strengthen their analytics engineering capability as demand continues to grow.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and ready for insight generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining SQL-based data transformation workflows
- Connecting, validating, and quality checking data from multiple sources
- Supporting data movement and optimisation within Snowflake environments
- Working with website analytics, social media, social listening, and research datasets
- Contributing to a large-scale text classification project analysing online content and brand visibility
- Writing and maintaining production-quality code using SQL and Python
- Collaborating with analysts to ensure data is structured for reporting and storytelling
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities
- Supporting the development of scalable and reliable data solutions

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience using SQL for data transformation and analysis
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analytical projects
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, ideally Snowflake
- Understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and validation processes
- Interest in developing analytics engineering skills, including exposure to dbt
- Experience using BI and visualisation tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple teams, agencies, or stakeholder groups
- Exposure to digital, marketing, communications, or customer data would be advantageous
- Experience with social listening tools or Sprinklr is beneficial
