Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Analyst at RN JobForce. The Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing data analysis
- Preparing reports
- Providing insights to support decision-making
They will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies and optimize processes.

Qualifications
- Consolidate and manage complex data sets using advanced Excel techniques
- Support project and programme leads in completing planning and financial forecasts
- Develop and maintain data collection templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across business units
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial budgets and planning cycles
- Leverage SharePoint (forms/lists) to streamline data collection and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data inputs and planning assumptions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Proven experience working with complex data sets and data consolidation
- Strong understanding of financial budgeting and planning processes
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with SharePoint (especially forms and lists)
- Knowledge of technology and financial infrastructure (FI)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
