Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong Power BI skills (including dashboard creation and training end users)
- Experience automating reporting processes
- Confident working with financial and operational datasets
Experience
- Experience supporting system migrations and data cleansing projects
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running

- Generate statistical insights to support business development and profile-raising initiatives
- Analyse business drivers and evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives to support strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities

- Produce and distribute regular reporting packs for external public bodies and stakeholders
- Prepare and automate the monthly management pack, delivering detailed business, operational, and financial analysis
- Collaborate closely with the management team on performance analysis and reporting
- Design, analyse, and report on customer satisfaction surveys across the business
- Work cross-functionally to improve the quality, accessibility, and structure of business data
- Support ad hoc projects, including reporting on property pipeline and new business expansion deployment
- Assist with the migration of data from legacy systems into Omniledger and other platforms
- Establish and document clear processes for extracting and consolidating data from multiple sources
- Liaise with external IT support to ensure data accuracy and consistency within Omniledger
- Deliver training to finance and other internal teams on Power BI usage and reporting best practices
