The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and a passion for data analysis. While prior technical experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. A background in mathematics, statistics, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable working with data tools and eager to develop expertise in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. A commitment to completing the training program and obtaining relevant certifications is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Newto Training, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Applying statistical techniques and data modeling to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity through validation and cleaning procedures.
  • Documenting analysis processes and findings clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences.
  • Participating in real-world project work to develop practical skills and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Continuously updating skills through training modules and industry certifications.
