The Role
- Own the client support queue, triaging, prioritising, and proactively communicating with stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve most data-related issues, primarily within Sisense (transitioning to Power BI)
- Develop new data views, implement tweaks, and enhance existing client-requested features
- Identify recurring patterns in support tickets and implement root cause fixes
- Collaborate with developers and consultants for deeper technical interventions
- Engage directly with clients to explain solutions, offer reassurance, and provide training

What You'll Need
- A few years of experience as a data or BI analyst, with a proven track record of building and fixing dashboards
- Hands-on proficiency with a BI tool, ideally Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Strong data fundamentals, including SQL, data modeling, and an intuitive understanding of data integrity
- Ability to maintain composure and organisation amidst competing requests
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical challenges to non-technical clients
- Right to work in the UK

What's On Offer
- Competitive salary between £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
- Remote-first work environment, open to candidates across the UK
- Occasional client travel, approximately a couple of days per month
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
