About The Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making processes across various business units. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools and programming languages, and excellent communication skills to present findings effectively. Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; however, relevant higher education qualifications in fields such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines are advantageous. Prior experience in data analysis is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided through our program. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets are essential. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and basic understanding of programming languages like Python or R is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are important to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by performing regular audits and validation checks.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection and management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and contribute to strategic projects as needed.
