Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and business improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations that drive organizational success.

The Data Analyst will work with structured and unstructured datasets to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with business teams, product managers, finance professionals, engineers, and leadership teams to understand data requirements and deliver valuable analytical insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles, statistical methods, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases, data querying, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis is preferred.
  • Ability to clean, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data modeling, metrics development, reporting automation, and data quality management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging data technologies and analytical practices.
  • Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
