About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at ITOL Recruit. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be to understand client requirements, identify suitable talent, and facilitate a smooth hiring process from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to the growth of our clients’ teams, and develop your career in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity are highly valued traits.

Responsibilities
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the successful placement of candidates. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding client requirements and job specifications through detailed consultations.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
- Conducting reference checks and verifying candidate credentials.
- Maintaining accurate and updated candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Providing regular updates to clients and candidates regarding the hiring process.
- Assisting in negotiation and offer management to facilitate successful placements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
