About The Role

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong desire to learn and a passion for working with data. While prior experience in technology or data is not required, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive attitude. A background in mathematics, statistics, or related fields can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Excel are preferred. Successful applicants will be enrolled in our comprehensive Data Analyst Career Programme, which provides industry-recognized certifications and practical training to equip them with the necessary technical and analytical skills to excel in the role.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in structured training modules covering Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and other key data tools.
- Collaborating on real-world projects to apply learned concepts and develop a portfolio of work.
- Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Creating compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Engaging with industry mentors and participating in live instruction sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Preparing for and obtaining industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
- Contributing to team discussions and problem-solving activities to develop a comprehensive understanding of data analytics processes.
