Data Analyst

Data Analyst

📍Guildford (Hybrid – office & home working)

You’ll be joining a European team focused on improving how we understand and manage supply chain performance. This is a hands-on data role where your work directly supports decision-making across Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, validating, and structuring data from multiple international partners. You’ll play a key part in turning complex, fragmented information into clean, reliable datasets that support reporting, forecasting, and business performance insight.

This role would suit someone who enjoys detail, problem-solving, and working with data at scale, particularly someone looking to build their experience and develop a career in data within a global business environment.

✅ What you’ll be doing

  • Collecting and extracting data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Loading and transforming datasets into structured formats for analysis
  • Validating data quality and working with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies
  • Maintaining and setting up master data (products, brands, suppliers, locations)
  • Researching and enriching missing data attributes (e.g. pack size, manufacturer)
  • Performing data cleansing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing datasets for reporting and financial analysis
  • Building and running reports using SQL to support business insights
  • Collaborating with European teams across supply chain, finance, and technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
