About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in organizing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our clients’ objectives. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for education and development. As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with trainers, clients, and participants to ensure the seamless delivery of training sessions, manage schedules, and oversee the administrative aspects of our programs. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the success of our training initiatives and the satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in training coordination, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant software tools
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of training programs
- Collaborate with trainers to develop training materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and participants
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, certifications, and other documentation
- Assist in the development of new training modules and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices
- Support marketing efforts by promoting training sessions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and participant experience
