Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in training coordination, project management, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant software tools
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of training programs
• Collaborate with trainers to develop training materials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and participants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, certifications, and other documentation
• Assist in the development of new training modules and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices
• Support marketing efforts by promoting training sessions
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and participant experience
