Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK - Data Analyst Position

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Central Sales Office in London. Our Data Analyst will be an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels. This role would suit someone who loves inputting data, generating reports and ensuring a smooth transition of client accounts and rollout projects.

Key Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other data platforms
  • A passion for hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Accuracy
    • Oversee metrics, manage dashboards, compile decks, and ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems
  • Identifying and Merging of Duplicate Agency Profiles
    • In Opera | Delphi
  • Improving Decision Making
    • Deliver accurate, timely reports to improve speed and quality of decision making
  • Supporting Revenue Generation and Efficiency
    • This role directly supports revenue generation and efficiency across multiple regions
  • Generating Reports
    • Generate Company and Agency profile reports for review and reconciliation
  • Troubleshooting
    • Manage troubleshooting of glitches as they arise
  • Meeting Attendance
    • Attend regular meetings to report updates
  • Streamlining Reporting Processes
    • Improve reporting processes and data management systems to deliver faster and more accurate sales insight
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously improve Delphi usage and optimize internal systems to support both corporate and UK/EU hotel sales teams
  • Supporting SOPs
    • Support the creation and implementation of SOPs to ensure consistent data processes

Qualifications

  • GCE O-level; OR
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC Certificate; OR
  • Pre-U / A level Certificate; OR
  • Diploma
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous in paperwork processing
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player
