Data Analyst
About the Role
The Data Analyst role is critical to promoting data as a key differentiator for Nomia. You will help drive innovation by assisting Nomia in becoming a truly data-driven organisation — putting data at the heart of all business decisions and providing actionable insights across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the platform owner for Nomia's data analytics platform, ThoughtSpot
- Build dashboards and reporting across various functions, including:
- Executive dashboards
- Financial reporting
- Platform insights
- Assist the business in accessing clean, actionable, and insightful data
- Build analytical tools to help interrogate data from prospective customers and support the Sales team in building business cases
- Improve Nomia's data governance processes
- Present findings and work within the business
- Stay abreast of advancements in data analytics

About You
- 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Expert at data visualization using:
- ThoughtSpot (preferred)
- PowerBI
- Tableau (or similar tools)
- Proven experience analyzing data, generating insights, and presenting work
- Strong communication skills:
- Written and verbal
- Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Preference for experience in procurement or tech companies
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning new ideas and techniques
