Job Description

Joining Assystem as a Data Analyst, you will support a major nuclear project by ensuring the proper initialisation and management of engineering data being loaded into a PLM, to support the projects replication strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • For each tool, provide support to the tool set-up, tests, and roll-out.
  • For each tool, provide support to the engineering teams loading or editing data, enabling production tasks.
  • Define the data quality management plan, together with the Data and Tools Manager.
  • Define and supervise the tools or functionalities supporting the data quality management and data maturity monitoring.
  • Define and implement data quality controls, sanity checks, and management of deviations from the replication strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and calculate appropriate performance indicators on the data quality and maturity.
  • Monitor the use of the tools, raise alerts when needed, and liaise with relevant entities to fix any issue which may occur.
  • Identify and share with relevant entities the needs of evolutions of the tools collected from the engineering teams, together with the Engineering Tools Lead.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Engineering degree, Computer Science degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience on data loading in a PLM with a knowledge of 3D experience and Netvibes.
  • Previous knowledge and experience on design tools and databases, data management, and information systems.
  • Relevant experience in one or several of the following areas: data transformation, control and verification of data quality and integrity, programming and dashboarding, using or supporting administration of a database or design tool.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to set, achieve, and maintain high standards regarding safety and quality.
  • Fluent English.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the nuclear industry with a knowledge of EPR technology.
  • Knowledge in PowerBI.
  • Knowledge in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Knowledge in Engineering tools as AVEVA.
  • Knowledge in Dassault 3Dx PLM and Netvibes tools.
  • Ability to communicate in French.
