The Company

Accident Credit Group (ACG) is a leading provider of commercial financial services and payment infrastructure tailored specifically for the automotive collision repair sector. We provide fast, efficient funding and transactional platforms that allow workshops and corporate entities to streamline their cash flow and modernise their payment networks.

As we continue to scale our platforms and integrate deeper data-driven solutions for our corporate clients, we are seeking a commercial, sharp, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team either on a short-term contract/interim or permanent basis.

The Role

As a Data Analyst at ACG, you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology. You will transform raw operational data into actionable commercial insights. This role goes far beyond basic reporting; you will play a key part in analysing corporate transaction models, assessing portfolio performance, and building the automated data pipelines that drive our strategic decision-making.

Reporting to: Director of Operations & Legal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Analysis & Modelling: Analyse large datasets including but not limited to customer transactions, ledger performance, risk profiling and commercial analysis. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated dashboards and management information (MI) reports to provide senior leadership with absolute clarity on operational and commercial KPIs.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and optimise data workflows, reducing manual processing reliance by connecting operational systems with corporate accounting and data tools.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure complete accuracy in financial transaction tracking, data ingestion, and platform auditing.
  • Strategic Insights: Translate complex data trends into clear, concise business narratives to assist the senior management team in evaluating strategic opportunities and platform integrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
