This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to join a specialist analytics consultancy supporting a high-profile communications function. You'll work across a range of digital and brand data sources, helping turn complex datasets into meaningful insights while developing your technical skills in modern analytics tooling, data transformation, and text analytics.

The Role
As a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting, validating, transforming, and analysing data from multiple sources. You'll work closely with analysts and stakeholders to support high-impact projects while helping improve data workflows and capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining SQL and Python-based analytical solutions
- Connecting and transforming data from multiple digital and research sources
- Validating, quality assuring, and maintaining reliable datasets
- Supporting data movement and analytics workflows within Snowflake
- Working on a text classification project focused on analysing online content and measuring brand prominence
- Collaborating with analysts to deliver data that supports strategic recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and ways of working
- Supporting a range of analytics projects across communications and brand measurement
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
- Strong commercial experience using SQL
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and transformation
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools
- An interest in learning and developing skills in dbt
- Experience working with complex datasets from multiple sources
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience collaborating across teams, functions, or agency environments
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

- Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
