Data Analyst
Client Data Support & Reporting Specialist
We're working with a dynamic data company that excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights, building robust data architectures, portals, models, and reporting solutions.
The Role
Core Responsibilities
- Own the client support queue, including triaging, prioritising, and proactively communicating updates
- Diagnose and resolve data issues with a focus on root cause analysis
- Develop new data views, implement tweaks, and enhance existing client solutions
- Identify recurring patterns in support tickets and implement permanent fixes
- Collaborate with developers and consultants for complex technical challenges
- Engage directly with clients to explain, reassure, and provide training

Requirements
- A few years of experience as a data or BI analyst, including dashboard building and fixing for end users
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong data fundamentals, including:
- SQL
- Data modelling
- Intuitive understanding of data anomalies
- Ability to remain calm and organised while managing multiple competing requests
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Right to work in the UK

What’s On Offer
- Competitive salary between £28,000 - £36,000, depending on experience
- Remote-first work environment, with occasional travel (approximately two days per month)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
