Data Analytics Engineer - Fully Remote - 12 Month Contract
My client is looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to help turn data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You will be building scalable data models, develop reporting, and provide analysis that influences strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
- Define and track key business and product metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
- Improve data quality through testing, documentation and best practices.
- Automate reporting and data processes where possible.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years' experience in a Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering or BI role.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Databricks).
- Good understanding of data modelling and analytics best practices.
- Knowledge of statistics and A/B testing.
- Comfortable working with Git and version control.
