Role Description

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business questions, translating them into analytical tasks, and communicating clear, actionable insights. The Data Analyst will also help improve data models, maintain data quality standards, and contribute to the development of best practices for data management and analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods.
- Experience with data modeling and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Effective communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a business, finance, technology, or operations environment is beneficial; familiarity with data governance and data quality practices is an advantage.
