📍 London (Hybrid) - Near Cambridge Heath / Bethnal Green

💰 £40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and analyse cohort models to track behaviour over time
  • Develop LTV frameworks and identify high-value customer segments
  • Track acquisition channels including referrals, word-of-mouth, and paid media
  • Analyse subscriber growth and purchase behaviour
  • Monitor website performance (sessions, conversion rates, drop-off)
  • Support A/B testing and interpret results
  • Connect and manage data across e-commerce, CRM, marketing, and survey tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards highlighting key business metrics
  • Analyse repeat purchase behaviour and campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights to improve retention and engagement
  • Design surveys and analyse customer sentiment (NPS, CSAT)
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into business actions

About You

  • Previous experience in a data analyst role (e-commerce/DTC preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills and confident working with complex datasets
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, Metabase, or similar)
  • Experience in cohort analysis, retention, or LTV modelling
  • Strong communication skills - able to turn data into clear insights
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, small team

Nice To Have

  • Python or R
  • Experience with Shopify or e-commerce data stacks
  • Familiarity with dbt, Segment, or similar tools
