Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a curious and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. You will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to collect, clean, and visualize data. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver eager to develop advanced analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, prepare, and validate raw datasets for analysis.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools.
  • Analyze trends to help teams optimize business performance.
  • Extract data from relational databases using SQL queries.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Familiarity with visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills to explain findings to stakeholders.
