Role: Data Analyst - Business (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $30 - $100/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Analyst to work on a contract basis. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and visualizations to support decision-making across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data processing and analysis is required.
- Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
