About Guha Infotech

Guha Infotech is a technology-driven company delivering smart data and IT solutions to clients across a range of industries. We believe good decisions start with good data, and we're building a team of talented people who share that belief. As we continue to grow, we're investing in our analytics capability to help our clients and our own business unlock the full value of their data.

About the role

We're looking for a skilled, curious, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analysing, and visualising data to produce insights that drive real business decisions.

You'll work across the full data lifecycle β€” from writing SQL queries and building automated pipelines, through to designing polished Power BI dashboards that stakeholders actually use. You'll partner with teams across the business to understand their questions, translate them into analytical problems, and deliver clear, reliable answers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with modern data and cloud tools, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to keep growing their technical skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Data analysis and reporting

  • Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, using DAX for calculated measures
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
