Job Description

Location: Farnborough GU14 0FB Rate: £18.72 PAYE Contract: Ongoing – initial 12 months

About the Job

  • Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer consent, addressability and data capture, loyalty and VOC NPS for the National Sales Company (NSC) in the UK and Ireland through comprehensive analysis, insightful reporting, and strategic project support.
  • Collaborate with the local Customer Data Delegates (CDDs) to ensure the seamless maintenance and improvement of compliance documentation, fostering a culture of regulatory excellence.
  • Deliver impactful ad-hoc reports, including targeted marketing audience selection lists, detailed segmentation analyses, customer insight and the development of dynamic data dashboards that empower decision-making.
  • Support lead management processes involving delivery of leads to retailers, including testing of new lead sources.
  • Support the Customer Data Manager and Customer Experience Manager with data integration initiatives by providing insights and rigorous testing, facilitating large-scale transformations within the customer IT landscape.
  • Write and execute precise SQL queries on the customer database platforms to ensure data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the Customer Data Manager and Customer Experience Manager to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data within internal systems, including the timely incorporation of new models and campaigns, and the successful delivery of the VOC programme to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer-related data issues for both campaigning and VOC through the IT ticketing system, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Engage with AG departments on central projects related to customer data and customer experience, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organisation.
  • Enhance departmental knowledge management by updating and maintaining Confluence pages and process documentation related to areas of responsibility, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.

  • Educated to GCSE/A-Level equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all management levels.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
  • Familiar with Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Tenders processes.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills (Italian, Spanish, German, or French) are beneficial.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office.
