Senior Data Analyst – Partner Ecosystem Performance (Global)

About the Role
AvePoint is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support and scale our global partner business. In this role, you will analyze data across our partner ecosystem, including sales performance, customer usage, licensing, and marketing, to provide actionable insights on revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term retention. Your work will directly influence investment decisions, partner prioritization, and channel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Performance Analysis
- Analyze how partners contribute to revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer expansion across regions, channels, and segments.
- Assess partner contribution metrics to identify high-impact engagement strategies.
Partner Health & Engagement Insights
- Develop lifecycle metrics and scorecards to evaluate partner effectiveness based on:
- Engagement levels
- Product adoption rates
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
- Training participation
Revenue & Forecasting Support
- Support recurring revenue (ARR), renewals, and pipeline reporting.
- Identify growth trends, risks, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
Customer & Partner Relationship Insights
- Analyze customer flow between direct sales and partners to uncover:
- Expansion opportunities
- Retention strategies via partner channels

Partner Marketing Analytics
- Measure the impact of partner-driven campaigns on:
- New partner acquisition
- Existing partner growth
- Market penetration
Predictive & Strategic Analysis
- Build models to identify:
- High-growth partners
- At-risk partners
- Investment optimization opportunities
Dashboarding & Executive Reporting
- Create clear, executive-ready dashboards for:
- Sales teams
- Marketing teams
- Partner operations
- Enable data-driven decision-making through visual storytelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales/Go-To-Market, Partner Programs, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to:
- Align on key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Refine reporting frameworks
- Set business priorities
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years in data analysis, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Focus on customer data analytics, preferably in SaaS B2B performance metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, GRR).
- Experience with partner ecosystems, channel sales, or commission-based revenue models is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Essential:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R.
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Preferred:
- CRM systems (Dynamics 365, PRMs like PartnerJet, HubSpot).
- Customer success platforms (Gainsight CS, Everstage Commission).
- Marketing tech (Segment, DealHub, OutReach, ZoomInfo).
- Cloud/data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
