About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Gazelle Global Consulting Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects across various industries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as MS Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients’ existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other stakeholder engagement methods.
- Develop clear and concise functional specifications and process models to guide project development and implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve consulting methodologies.
