Job Description
Right to Work in the UK: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. All applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK at the time of application.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about Wise’s mission of Money Without Borders and who will partner with our global compliance teams to help us on our journey to Mission Zero!
About the team:
Truly delivering on our promise of Money Without Borders means we need to build the best local setups within each of the markets we serve, while ensuring we appropriately manage the risks associated with business operations.
You will join a team of analysts who will develop and own the reporting layer for compliance activities to give assurance to the Board and our regulators that we are effectively managing the risks we face. These activities include regulatory reporting - both routine and ad hoc - as well as compliance monitoring and testing.
Your mission:
You will join the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team to help the organisation better understand compliance risks across the globe. You will do this by partnering very closely with 2nd line for the UK & Europe regions to ensure they can execute against the compliance regulatory reporting schedule, as well as leveraging data to proactively monitor risks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
