Contract Data & Performance Analysts (Power BI / Google Analytics)
Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initial (Strong likelihood of 12M+ extension)
Start Date: August 2026
Location: Hybrid (1 day every two weeks onsite in Manchester)
We are partnering with a leading digital consultancy to scale up a high-profile delivery team for a major Central Government department.
Depending on your core strength, you will sit within one of two streams:
Business Intelligence:
- Building and refining complex Power BI dashboards to drive strategic data decisions.

Performance Analysis:
- Tracking user journeys, web traffic, and digital service performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
What We Need
To be successful, you must have a strong footprint in the UK public sector and bring the following technical skills:
- GDS Standards: Proven experience working within Government Digital Service (GDS) guidelines and agile delivery teams.
- Core Data Skills: Strong SQL capabilities for querying, manipulating, and extracting data.
- Specialism (One or both):
- Expertise in Power BI for data modelling and visualization.
- Expertise in Google Analytics / GA4 for digital performance analysis.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
