Data Analyst
Supply Chain Data Analyst
As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes, and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies: Glenmorangie, renowned for its smooth, complex taste and innovative maturation techniques, and Ardbeg, celebrated as the ultimate Islay whisky for its smoky intensity and bold character.
This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain and operational processes. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive analytical visibility across the entire supply chain, turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Design, build, and refine intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to empower stakeholders.
- Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, constructing reliable, standardized data models for consistent reporting.
- Deliver high-impact insight reporting aligned with KPIs and strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to identify areas where data and analytics can drive performance improvements.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, uncovering trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Apply advanced analytics and predictive modelling to support:
- Accurate forecasting
- Optimised capacity planning
- Informed operational strategy
- Champion robust data governance, ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability through validation and auditing.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations.
- Compile data and reports for monthly meetings.
- Conduct budget analysis and track monthly operational performance against targets.

Technical Skills & Experience Required
Professional Background
- Proven experience in a data analyst or insight-driven role.
- Strong expertise in supply chain functions.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or **Tableau`.
- Experience working with diverse enterprise systems and data sources.
- Advanced skills in data modelling and extracting insights from complex datasets.

- Proven capability for in-depth data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
