About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Data Analyst Career Programme. This role is ideal for those eager to develop foundational data analysis skills and transition into a data-driven career.
Participants will undergo intensive training covering key tools and techniques, including:
- Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- SQL (querying databases, data manipulation)
- Python (data analysis libraries: Pandas, NumPy)
- Tableau & Power BI (interactive dashboards, visualizations)

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants do not require prior experience in technology or data analysis. Instead, the ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong curiosity about data and its applications
- Excellent communication skills (able to explain insights clearly)
- A proactive mindset for learning new skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with common software tools
While a background in:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Related analytical fields
Is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities During Programme

Developing proficiency in:
- Data management techniques
- SQL querying for databases

Preparing for industry-recognized certifications to enhance credibility and employability.
Post-throughput, contributing to data-driven projects in professional settings, supporting organizational decision-making.
