About the Client

Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge fintech data analytics, focusing on cards and payment systems. You will work with teams across Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, and AML, and have the chance to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data requirements from internal stakeholders such as Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, AML, Compliance teams, and other data users.
- Define necessary metrics, reports, and dashboards for financial and operational processes.
- Independently analyze data, create dashboards and ad hoc reports, and collaborate with Data/BI/Engineering teams for implementation.
- Work with card processing data and payment infrastructure.
- Support processes related to reconciliation, settlement, treasury, and other financial functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and contribute to the development of internal reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in a data role within a fintech company with Principal Member status.
- Experience with card processing data and Visa/Mastercard payment systems.
- Understanding of the card transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation).
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Experience in data requirements setting, analytics, and BI reporting.
- Experience interacting with Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, AML, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Languages: English, Russian.
- Experience in fintech.
