EG Group, a global leader in convenience retail, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst. As the company continues to grow, this role will support strategic decisions and pricing optimization within the Fuel Pricing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing fuel operations through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data management.
- Conduct site analysis for pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Advise on pricing to enhance profitability.
- Ensure data integrity and perform validation checks.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a visually appealing manner.

Requirements
- Experience with Power BI for business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independent initiative for developing pricing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of statistical or machine learning concepts.
- Experience in fuel pricing or energy markets.
