Data Analyst

Are you a naturally curious Data Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insights? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing data team within a well-established, multi-site organisation. This is a newly created position driven by continued growth and increasing demand for data-led decision making across the business.

You'll play a key role in helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed commercial decisions through data, reporting, and visualisation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior business leaders, you'll be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting data that drives operational improvements and business growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape reporting processes, develop insightful dashboards and help embed a stronger data culture across the organisation.

This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and can translate data into actionable recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
