Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help shape and deliver high-quality management information (MI) and insights across the bank.
You’ll play a key role in developing robust, trusted reporting, working closely with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from data sourcing through to insight delivery Build and optimise data models to ensure performance, scalability, and usability Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, risk, finance, and operations Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting outputs Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practice Support data literacy and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
What you'll bring: 5+ years’ experience in data analysis or MI (ideally regulated environments) Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboards) Solid SQL and experience with multiple data sources Good understanding of data governance, quality, and security Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a small team
