Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and operational data. The successful candidate will help transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, organize, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
  • Analyze operational, customer, and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management and relevant teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and support business initiatives.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and work to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools to analyze and present findings.
  • Communicate analytical results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting procedures.
  • Perform additional data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, or statistical analysis tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently in a remote work environment.
