DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with regional teams and our global Exclusive Pipeline Intelligence (XPI) function to turn data into real commercial value. You’ll build and manage high-quality partner and customer datasets, translate regional needs into the global data roadmap, and ensure data is clean, structured, and ready to drive action.
As the regional data expert, you’ll be the go-to for insights and enablement—supporting sales and marketing with reliable data, empowering teams with tools and training, and driving adoption of XPI to fuel smarter, data-led growth.

As the Data Analyst, you will:
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources into XPI/CDP platforms
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets
- Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL
- Develop automation and data workflows using Python
- Perform data validation and ensure consistency and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Data Analyst will:
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar Data Analytics role
- Have advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Be proficient in Python for data analysis and automation
- Have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, visualisation)
- Be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Clay, HG Insights)
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Relevant degree or background (data, business, statistics, etc.)
- Additional languages (e.g. French)
