Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across RICS. Working closely with stakeholders from across the organisation, you will analyse data, develop Power BI reporting solutions and deliver actionable insights that help teams understand performance, customer behaviour and emerging opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics & Reporting, you will help shape how data is used across the organisation while supporting continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver data analysis and actionable insights that help stakeholders understand performance, trends and opportunities.
- Gather and prioritise reporting requirements, translating business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Transform complex datasets into clear visual narratives and meaningful recommendations for a range of audiences.
- Collaborate with Data and Data Governance teams to improve data quality, consistency and availability.
- Support projects and business initiatives through reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of analytics processes.

About You
You are a curious and analytical data professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear insights. You combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and are passionate about helping organisations make better decisions through data.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related role, delivering insight in a professional environment.
- Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX and report design.
- Proficiency in SQL, including data extraction, transformation and validation.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and explain complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support data-informed decision making.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.
