Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Newcastle (Hybrid)
Salary: £46,500 + Excellent Benefits


We're working with a well-established organisation that is looking to appoint a skilled Data Analyst to join its Business Performance and Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis, reporting and business intelligence.


The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll deliver reporting, dashboards and analytical insight using data from multiple sources. You'll identify trends and patterns, support data quality improvements and contribute to projects that enhance business performance. Working closely with operational teams and ICT, you'll develop reporting solutions, support data modelling and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
  • Support data modelling and statistical analysis.
  • Improve data quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Present complex findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Support business improvement through data-led recommendations.

About You

You'll be an experienced Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into actionable insight and building strong relationships across the business.


Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
  • Experience analysing data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and reporting principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
