Your Role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Data Analyst - Market Development. You will be part of our Marketing Development team reporting to Jia Hou, Head of Marketing Development. In this role, your mission is to support the SUN Market Development team through the analysis and management of semiconductor market data, and by contributing to multiple market intelligence projects. The role will initially be project‑focused, supporting key market data platforms and forecasting initiatives, before progressively taking ownership of ongoing data monitoring, maintenance, and reporting across the global semiconductor market.
This role is ideal for candidates with approximately two years’ experience in data analysis, combining meaningful responsibility with strong opportunities for growth. You will contribute immediate value through structured, high-quality analytical work while continuing to build on your existing skills. Well suited to those early in their career, this position offers the chance to take the next step in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where development is actively encouraged.
You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Support Product DataHub as the primary project focus, contributing to product and competitor market data structuring, validation, and ongoing enhancement.
- Support the development and maintenance of share and penetration dashboards, providing clear visibility of market penetration across regions and segments.
- Support the new market forecasting platform, contributing to market data preparation, analysis, and alignment with agreed forecasting methodologies.
- Collect, clean, structure, and analyse semiconductor market data from multiple internal and external sources, collaborating with Market Development, Product Management, and regional teams to ensure aligned data definitions, assumptions, and outputs.
- Maintain and regularly update core market datasets, ensuring data quality through clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and assumptions, while identifying gaps or inconsistencies and delivering timely updates on a defined cadence.
- Support monthly and quarterly market analysis outputs for management and business reviews.

Essential
Your skills and experience
- 2 years’ experience in data analysis or market analysis or similar discipline.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to support project‑based work and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable
- Exposure to market intelligence or forecasting activities.
- Experience supporting analytics, dashboards, or data platform development.

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our GTC site in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom (GB). However, an existing and suitable European location could be considered for the right candidate, with reguar travel to the GTC site in the UK required.
