Junior / Intermediate Data Processor / Developer
Farnham (Office-Based – 2 mins from train station)
£30,000 + Benefits
A growing specialist consultancy within the housing and property sector is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Data Processor / Developer to join its team in Farnham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT or technical background who enjoys working with data, databases, and process improvement. The role combines data processing, database management, and software development, offering hands-on exposure across a variety of systems and operational projects within a small, collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, validate, and maintain large datasets accurately and efficiently
- Develop and improve internal tools, scripts, and workflow automation solutions
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity and consistency
- Support operational teams with technical and reporting solutions
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Troubleshoot data, database, and technical issues as required
- Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes

Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Good understanding of databases and SQL querying
- Experience with VBA, Python, or other programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable
- Experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of automation and process improvement
- Familiarity with reporting or workflow tools
- Interest in AI-assisted development or automation technologies
