About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that align with our company's standards and client requirements. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, managing training schedules, and ensuring the seamless delivery of training sessions. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for learning and development, along with a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with subject matter experts and clients
  • Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and assessments to ensure content relevance and engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, implementing improvements as necessary
  • Manage logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue setup, technological requirements, and participant communication
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Support the development and implementation of new training initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Act as a point of contact for participants and trainers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support throughout the training process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance program quality
