Data Analyst
London, Hybrid
Salary: up to £60,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a well-established analytics team working on one of the UK's largest and most complex customer databases. You'll have the chance to work with large-scale datasets, influence data-driven marketing strategies, and contribute to the evolution of the team's reporting and analytics capabilities.

The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will work within a specialist marketing analytics team responsible for supporting customer engagement and campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Extracting, cleaning, and preparing large, complex datasets for analysis
- Writing SAS and SQL queries to interrogate data and generate business insights
- Conducting pre and post-campaign analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Supporting audience segmentation, profiling, and customer targeting initiatives
- Building reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing migration of reporting processes into Power BI
- Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and analytical approaches
- Working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience using SAS and SQL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with large, complex, and imperfect datasets, including data extraction and cleansing
- Marketing analytics experience, including campaign analysis, customer insights, audience segmentation, or customer journey analysis
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Confidence managing changing priorities and working in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
- Power BI experience
- Exposure to Python and/or R
- Experience working in a customer-focused or direct marketing environment
