Your Mission

As Senior Growth Analyst, you’ll own the paid lead-generation engine delivering high-quality leads to our European sales funnel. This technical and commercial role bridges data, paid media, and campaigns to expand inside-sales pipeline.

Key Focus Areas

  • Drive paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) with data-driven optimisation
  • Build actionable analytics and measurement systems to connect campaign spend to outcomes
  • Leverage AI across the role, from reporting to user-facing experimentation—and utilise them as core tools, not novelties
  • Uncover signals across SQL, dashboards, CRM, and onboarding to improve lead quality and efficiency
  • Enhance an efficiency of budgets by ensuring sustainable returns in CPL, payback periods, ROAS, LTV sustainability

Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Own campaign structure, bidding strategy, audiences, and daily optimisation in Meta, Google, and TikTok with lead gen as the primary objective
  • Maintain deep insight into creative trends, competitive landscapes, and jurisdictional best practices across markets
  • Usher in innovations in advertising featuring value-based bidding, advanced targeting, and experimental tech

Analytics & Measurement

  • Write SQL from first principles to join campaign, CRM, and onboarding data
  • Use AI to build scalable reporting tools, streamline analysis, and extract transforms: a core part of decision-making
  • Design and optimise full-funnel unit economics—CPL, payback periods, LTV sustainability, Realised ROAS
  • Translate data into actionable reporting for stakeholders

Signal & Integrations Improvements

  • Improve data quality flow between ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and internal CRM
  • Strengthen conversion signals eg. charging for seamless lead scoring, lead value signals, and honing data classifications

Conversion Funnel Tuning

  • Improve both the creativity of landing pages, forms, and conversion flows, and lead capture efficiency
  • Smooth CRM onboarding processes by matching UTM/ad naming, improving field integrity

Experimentation

  • Design and implement high-stakes experiments (technology, creative A/B, funnel redesign) with statistical rigour
  • Use where tests demonstrate convergence: tie results to tangible revenue impact decisions

Collaboration with Teams

  • Translate paid marketing goals to cross-border sales teams across EU markets aligned via:
    • Collaborating directly with regional and country sales leaders on sub-market targets, funnel definitions, and priorities
    • Feedback loops guiding lead generation strategy to optimise onboarding success

Requirements

Essentials

✅ 4+ years in paid ads campaign management, ✅ Priority focus on direct lead-gen campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads) ✅ Strong SQL proficiency (complex join queries, table building, data transformations) ✅ In-depth acquisition finance expertise: familiarise yourself with CPL, payback periods, CAC sustainability, and conversion funnel costs.; ✅ Ability to use AI tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, and creative experimentation in your workflow. ✅ Performance in A/B testing: prototyping theory, statistical validation, and applying test results ✅ Fluid communication skills in writing and discussion

Nice to Have

✦ Experience in fintech SMB acquisition ✦ Prior knowledge of value-focused bidding (tROAS), lead scoring, or Enhanced Conversions (CAPI or dynamic behavioural IDs mechanisms) ✦ CRM integration experience (mapping utm/ad components, deduplication, link validation in sales/> ✦ Hubspot ‘-and-the-seat GI‘/dashboarding experiences or tailors (Looker Studio or similar) ✦ Informational startup operations across multiple markets
