Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers to drive strategy and execution
  • Partner with the marketing team on cross-functional projects to identify efficiency opportunities and scale business growth
  • Design and build dashboards and self-service tooling in Looker to enhance decision-making for a large, multi-faceted growth organisation
  • Work closely with the analytics engineering team to:
    • Build a clean, scalable marketing data stack in Snowflake (using dbt)
    • Refine comprehensive data modelling for analytics
  • Analyse and optimise critical areas, including:
    • Landing pages, A/B tests, audience segmentation
    • Ad performance, creatives, and channel optimisations
  • Develop target audience segmentation strategies
  • Own end-to-end attribution and lead generation analytics
  • Optimize data pipelines to streamline stakeholder access
  • Design and implement the most effective attribution modelling strategy

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or growth-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with Looker and proficiency in data visualization
  • Strong SQL skills (query writing, data cleaning, and complex analysis)
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and manage competing priorities
  • Clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders (from individual contributors to leadership)

  • Gross base salary range (USD) reflects global benchmarks and will be localised to your country’s currency.
  • For commission-eligible roles, the provided figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), including both base salary and target commission.
