About Kibble
Kibble is the specialist provider of services for at risk children and young people across the UK. Many of the young people the organisation cares for have experienced significant trauma in their lives and we provide a safe, stable environment that is both nurturing and therapeutic. With a robust support network and wide range of integrated services, we offer young people opportunities and encourage them to believe in themselves, feel a sense of belonging, and realise their own self-worth.
Job Purpose
We are creating a new Data Analyst role to accelerate our digital-first reporting ambitions across the organisation. You will partner with all departments and services to design, build and sustain self-service reporting and automated insight, primarily via Power BI, connected to our operational systems across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (eCase), Finance & Operations (HR System), and Business Central (Finance & Payroll), and integrated with the broader Microsoft 365 / Power Platform suite.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
